The Right Bite is dedicated to improving health and wellness through healthy eating.

It has been my honor over the last six years to work with clients of all ages to improve health and wellness. I provide nutrition and wellness guidance in the form of individual consulting, personalized grocery store tours, workshops, and training classes to empower individuals and families to make healthy choices in a world that is often aligned against them.

Health Coaching

I enjoy working with people of all ages, including children, busy moms, and adults who seek to eat well, but are not sure where to focus their attention first. In individual sessions, we may discuss current habits and practices, set goals, do a grocery store tour, plan meals, or cook together in the kitchen.

I also enjoy speaking to groups and teaching workshops. I can customize my lecture to fit the needs of your group, for adults or children. See my events page for list of current workshops.

I offer one hour of health coaching, free of cost,  to my Juice Plus customers.
